KELLIE MARTIN: Play 20 Question With Her!

Kellie Martin returned to TV in a big way this year with her new hit show Christy! "Tiger Beat" tracked down this beautiful 18-year-old star for some silly questions and surprising revelations!

1. Tell us something that people would be surprised to find out about you.

Kellie: I'm incredibly neat. And I love to stay up all night watching old movies.

2. What's your all-time favorite movie?

Kellie: "Dead Poet's Society"

3. What's your strangest fantasy?

Kellie: To meet Holden Caulfield from "Catcher In The Rye". He doesn't exist--that's why it's strange.

4. What's the funniest thing that's ever happened to you?

Kellie: I was on the set of "Life Goes On" doing an emotional scene, and every time I made my exit, I ran into the wall!

5. What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you?

Kellie: At my eleventh birthday party--a pool party--my sister, Heather, accidentally pulled down my bathing suit in front of all my friends.

6. What makes you cry?

Kellie: Plays, Even if they're happy, I cry.

7. What are some of the best plays you've ever seen?

Kellie: "Lost In Yonkers" and "Les Miserables".

8. Tell us about your first kiss.

Kellie: To be perfectly honest, my first kiss was 'Becca's' first kiss. I was thirteen and the guy was 23. There was a camera in our faces, so it was only a little kiss. But, after I kissed him, I thought I was in love.

9. What's the most romantic place you know of ?

Kellie: I haven't been there yet, but the south of France on the French Riviera would be quite romantic. But for now, Southern California's beaches at night is as romantic as it gets.

10. What's your favorite splurge food?

Kellie: Hot fudge sundaes. Peanut butter ice cream with tons of hot fudge on top!

11. What do you dream about?

Kellie: Traveling to every city on this earth.

12. Describe your ultimate dream vacation.

Kellie: A week in New York, going to museums, seeing theater and shopping on Columbus Avenue.

13. What's one thing you wish you could do?

Kellie: Sing! But alas, I am tone deaf.

14. What are you afraid of ?

Kellie: Being alone. I love to have people around.

15. If you could come back as someone famous, who would you want to be?

Kellie: Audrey Hepburn

16. Who is the most interesting person you've ever met?

Kellie: Patti LuPone (her "Life Goes On" mom). She has lived unlike anyone else I know. I love talking to her. She has had such experiences!

17. If we looked in your bedroom closet, what would we find?

Kellie: A mountain of shoes in complete disarray!

18. How do you spend your free time?

Kellie: Going to the gym, doing charity work for AIDS awareness, and reading books.

19. What's the best advice anyone's ever given you?

Kellie: My mom told me to always remember who I am and where I came from.

20. Any words of wisdom for your fans?

Kellie: Live every moment to the fullest and never take anything for granted.
